Make sure to get in early, and book in advance with the venue to avoid any late hiccups along the way.

Safety

The last thing you want is a noise complaint, forcing your party to shut down. Secondly, have a wristband and list system. Lastly, ensure there is safety for your entertainment providers. Make sure you have a designated spot for your music providers and ensure that this is undercover at all times.
